New gallery representation Ira Stehmann Fine Art Munich. I am very happy,
to introduce Ira Stehmann as my new gallery owner. Mrs Stehmann and I share a similar sense of aesthetics, an attitude to work, an uncompromising approach to quality and, last but not least, a love of art and, in particular, of my work.
For almost 30 years, Ira Stehmann Fine Art (ISFA) has been advising clients, curating exhibitions, promoting contemporary art and working with private and institutional collectors and individuals. Ira Stehmann's work focuses on photography, but also includes the mediation of paintings, sculpture, video art and installations. Since its inception, ISFA has sourced, appraised, acquired, archived and documented thousands of photographs, as well as facilitating the resale of works.
ISFA has excellent contacts with museums, private collectors and artists' estates in New York, London and Paris, and has been managing the estate of Jeanloup Sieff in Paris since the turn of the century.
In addition to representing artists, ISFA is experienced in developing concepts for private collectors and companies. Other services include valuing works of art for insurance companies, documenting works of art, supervising the framing and restoration of works of art, and advising and bidding for clients at auctions.
