New galleries Representation in Belgium
I am incredibly proud to announce that I am now represented by the renowned Belgian
gallery IN-DEPENDENCE. The gallery was founded by Martijn van Pieterson and Annemarie Zethof, owners of the Antwerp-based Ibasho Gallery, which represents artists who are not of Japanese origin. Ibasho was one of the first galleries in Europe to specialise in photography by Japanese photographers and has gained great appreciation from art collectors over the years.
IN-DEPENDENCE and IBASHO are represented at the most influential art fairs worldwide, such as Paris Photo and AIPAD in New York. My work will be shown for the first time at the New York fair in May this year.
