Successful exhibition opening at the Rhineland-Palatinate State Representation in Berlin

A successful exhibition opening took place at the Rhineland-Palatinate State Representation in Berlin on Wednesday, 11 March 2026. Together with the sculptor Wolfgang Flad, I presented a selection of my work to date in a preview exhibition for the 9th Winninger Art Days.
In the Hildegard von Bingen Hall, my works focused exclusively on the medicinal plants mentioned in her book ‘Physica’ regarding the healing power of creation and the natural efficacy of things. Hildegard was one of the first to document a holistic approach to natural medicine, including herbal profiles, nutritional teachings and recipes, and to apply it in everyday life.
The opening address was given by State Secretary Heike Raab. The exhibition was introduced by Berlin-based cultural figure Jan Kage. The closing remarks were reserved for Frank Hoffbauer, Chairman of the Winninger Art Days, which brought the opening to a fitting conclusion.
Kirsten and I would like to thank everyone involved for this successful opening. Above all, however, we would like to thank the staff at the Rhineland-Palatinate State Representation for their wonderful hospitality. We would particularly like to mention Ingo Frisch, who supported us with advice and practical help. During the set-up, Jens Schünemann was on hand to assist us, hanging the pictures on the wall with great sensitivity. My work was curated and arranged by my partner, Kirsten Keller. A huge thank you for that too!
The exhibition can be viewed daily from 10 am to 6 pm until 24 March 2026.
