Reading at the Protestant church in Winningen
On Saturday 10 October at 5 pm, there will be a reading and discussion on the new book published about me, Steffen Diemer – In Conversation with Sonja Heyer about his Life, his Spirituality and the Soul of his Pictures, featuring Yvonne Hedrich and Frank Hoffbauer, Chair of the Winningen Art Festival.
The event will be opened by Managing Director of the Rhineland-Palatinate Cultural Foundation, Dr. Katharina Popanda.
Kirsten and I are already looking forward to the event and hope to see a few familiar faces, which I’m sure we will. Winningen is a very special place on the Moselle. What is being done there for the arts is incredible. Very friendly, art-loving and dedicated people. The Winningen Art Days are truly worth a visit. Art is presented here in a very accessible way, thereby breaking down any reservations people might have about engaging with art and artists. Even the people we met who aren’t directly involved in the arts were polite, friendly and, above all, hospitable.
