Conversation between Andreas Sturm and Steffen Diemer about Jacob Böhme at Galerie Vayhinger. Jacob Böhme, who died in 1624, and his theses on faith, church and religion are just as relevant today as they were 450 years ago. Our conversation took place last Saturday at the invitation of my gallerist Helena Vayhinger and on the occasion of my exhibition, which runs until 26.08.2023: -vom Werden, vergehen und wieder werden.
The gallery was full to capacity. Andreas Sturm and I talked about faith, mysticism, the church and of course the important German theosophist and mystic Jacob Böhme. It was a very interesting afternoon, with a decidedly intense participation from the audience.
